Exciting News!

“Wellness: the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.”

I’m excited to announce that I am teaming up with The Greenhouse Wellness Center and hosting a free wellness class at their Litchfield location this Saturday, May 19th! I will be teaching about the benefits of living a non-toxic lifestyle and a 101 on essential oils. Both are subjects that I am extremely passionate about!

The Greenhouse has a mission to educate and restore wellness. They provide workshops for healthy living, support groups and other guest speakers. Check out their site to learn what they have to offer!

Two-and-a-half years ago, I bought my Young Living Premium Starter Kit and it was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made.  I spent a lot of time researching, reading testimonials, blogs, chatted with my friend Britt who had already started her #oilyjourney, and finally felt 100% committed to living a life of wellness. To me, it’s like a diet or quitting smoking – you have to be ready.

It’s a day by day process that I will never give up on. Why? Because just after this short length of time, I have never felt so good: physically or emotionally. We have ditched sooooo many toxins that can lead to sooooo many irritations or illnesses. Plus, I’m constantly learning important and informative information about human science. Call me a nerd, but it’s exciting and oh, so interesting. I eagerly set my family and my health as a priority, and it has been paying off! It’s simple, not always easy, but definitely worth it. I have made it my mission to share my wellness journey and to get oils into as many homes as possible….and then help guide and teach how easy using natural products can be and how to save money doing it!

It’s such an awesome honor to get this opportunity to share my knowledge and wellness journey. This event is open to the public, so if you are interested in learning more, please join us! We have another event scheduled in June, so stay posted on that!
